We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will offer either:

Photo Proof Requirement
To process a damaged or faulty claim, customers must provide:

Claims cannot be assessed without photo evidence.
Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned, used, or altered.
Sale & Clearance Items
Sale or clearance items are eligible for replacement or refund only if they arrive damaged or faulty.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on sale items.
Return Shipping
If your item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty, Wax & Wonders will cover return shipping costs where required.
Do not return items without approval.
